KEISER UNIVERSITY DAY AT THE FLORIDA CAPITOL SET FOR April 19
WHAT: Seahawk pride will be on full display at the Florida Capitol on April 19 as faculty, staff, alumni, and friends gather to celebrate Keiser University’s tremendous impact on Florida during Keiser University Day at the Capitol. As Florida’s largest private, non-profit university, Keiser University is committed to addressing Florida’s growing need for workforce talent in many of the state’s critical industries. Keiser University has become one of the largest producers of nurses in the state of Florida, graduating more than 3,200 nursing professionals in the past five years. Keiser University’s economic impact in Florida is more than $3 billion annually and the University was recently ranked No. 1 in upward social mobility by U.S. News & World Report (2023).
WHO: Members of the cabinet and Florida legislators are expected to join Keiser University faculty, staff, alumni, and friends from Keiser University campuses around the state to celebrate the many achievements of Keiser University and the Institution’s contributions to the state of Florida.
