Keiser University’s Flagship Campus recently welcomed future business leaders from Palm Beach County, Florida high schools as part of its High School Business Plan Competition.
Led by Keiser University Economics Professor Jonathan Massey, the event served as a valuable precursor to Keiser University’s Seahawk Tank Pitch Competition as competitors from Boca Raton, West Boca Raton, Spanish River, and Palm Beach Gardens high schools enjoyed opportunities to present a variety of innovative ideas.
“As we prepare for our own Keiser University pitch competition, it’s been encouraging to work with School District of Palm Beach County educators and their gifted students,” said Massey. The ideas presented this year were well-researched, and indicate that our competitors will enjoy meaningful careers,” he said. “In addition, we thank the Founder of Bridge to Freedom Coaching Bridget Hom, Start-Up Consultant and Sales Leader Jonathan Smith, and Keiser University Associate Dean Dr. Ahmed Omar who relayed important insights that will help the group as they bring their ideas to life,” he added.
