Keiser University alum Kuleen Shah is being recognized for his work giving back to the community.
Shah has been selected for the Tampa Magazine 2023 Top 10 Under 40. The list names individuals throughout the Tampa Bay area excelling in their field of business, while also driven to helping others and filling philanthropic needs in the community.
Graduating from Keiser University Tampa in 2010 with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Shah is now the founder of Connecting Tampa Bay, LLC.
“My core mission is to facilitate valuable connections and networking opportunities for individuals and businesses within the Tampa Bay Area,” Shah describes his company to the magazine.
In addition to his work with Connecting Tampa Bay, Shah serves on a number of local boards and community organizations, including the Derrick Brooks Charities Board, Mike Alsott Family Foundation committee, Mike Evans Family Foundation committee, and Young Leaders Society for the United Way Suncoast among others.
Keiser University Chancellor, Arthur Keiser, Ph.D., says the university is proud to have students like Shah who are passionate about helping their communities and using their degrees to fill important community needs.
“Our students often go above and beyond, fostering relationships with community organizations and using their education to help those in need,” Keiser said. “We are incredibly proud of Mr. Kuleen Shah and the standout example he has set as a business leader and community advocate.”
Shah tells Tampa Bay Magazine his biggest hero and inspiration is his father, Dr. Dipak Shah, who has set a powerful example for his dedication to community service and has helped shape his values and aspirations.
