Keiser University Chancellor Arthur Keiser, Ph.D., has been named one of the South Florida Business Journal’s (SFBJ) 2024 Power Leaders, a list of South Florida’s most influential leaders in business, law, education, and other areas.
Under Keiser’s leadership, Keiser University has remained dedicated to meeting the higher educational needs of its students and committed to addressing Florida’s growing need for workforce talent in critical industries like nursing and healthcare, information technology, defense and homeland security, transportation and logistics, and cybersecurity. Keiser University has continued its prominence as one of the top colleges in the country for providing upward, social mobility to students. Since 2020, Keiser University has earned a spot on U.S. News & World Report’s Top Colleges ranking for social mobility, including taking the No. 1 spot in social mobility in 2022-23. In 2023-24, Keiser University again earned a top-25 ranking on the list which ranks colleges and universities on their ability to upskill graduates.
This is the sixth consecutive year Keiser has been named to the SFBJ’s Power Leaders. He has previously been recognized by the SFBJ as an Ultimate CEO, a five-time member of the Power Leaders in Education list, and by Florida Trend Magazine as a Florida 500 Living Legend.
