Keiser University Chef Shares Holiday Favorites with Television Viewers

Keiser University Culinary Arts Dean and Chef Debora Miller prepares one of the program’s favorite appetizers as part of WCTV’s holiday menu.

Keiser University’s Culinary Arts program is pleased to join CBS Tallahassee affiliate WCTV anchors in presenting a three-part series featuring mouth-watering holiday menu items.

Debora Miller, Keiser University’s Tallahassee Campus Dean of Culinary Arts debuted the presentations along with anchors Madison Glaser and Rob Nucatola, as she prepared Baked Brie Bites with Prosciutto and Cranberry Relish – one of her program’s favorite appetizers. Having joined Keiser University in 2012, Miller has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in various settings with positions including Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director. She is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Institute and earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Sullivan University in 2015.

Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts presents a comprehensive curriculum that includes laboratory sessions, academic preparation, and hands-on experience.  Students acquire professional knowledge of food, its preparation and handling, and cooking from basic to advanced.  The curriculum includes an externship to prepare students for entry-level positions in the food service industry. Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts is accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Its Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts presents a comprehensive curriculum that includes laboratory sessions, academic preparation, and hands-on experience.
