Keiser University students are Florida’s next generation of leaders and will fill vital workforce needs in targeted industries such as homeland security, nursing, cybersecurity, and transportation and logistics. It takes an exceptional individual to thrive and lead in an ever-changing workforce, we seek leaders of character to receive the Keiser Mills Scholarship.

The following Keiser Mills Scholarships are being offered to currently enrolled students at Keiser University (any Campus or online location) who have demonstrated previous involvement in one of the following professions:

• Medical and Nursing Professionals
• United States Military
• Federal or Local Law Enforcement

Students with Medical and Law Enforcement experience must also be actively pursuing coursework through Keiser University specific to these professions.

  • Nursing Scholarship
    Service in the form of volunteer hours and or other community-related initiatives. Please provide written documentation and the purpose related to your volunteer service, including your educational goals and service to your community.
  • The Outstanding Military Service Scholarship
    Given to students with long-term and/or exemplary service in the armed forces. Eligibility includes active-duty men and women, honorably discharged military veterans, as well as dependents of service members. Proof of military status or DD214 of a service member is required. Please provide written documentation and the purpose related to your volunteer service, including your educational goals and service to your community.
  • The Law Enforcement Scholarship
    Given to students who have participated in the Junior Reserve Law Enforcement program or Teen Police Academy, and anyone who has the desire to serve their community in the field of Law Enforcement. Please provide written documentation and the purpose related to your volunteer service, including your educational goals and service to your community.

About the Scholarship
In 2012, Mrs. Belinda Keiser established the Keiser Mills Foundation to provide scholarship opportunities to students seeking to answer the call as first responders in law enforcement, nursing, and veterans seeking to continue serving their nation through a career in civil service.

The scholarship amount is $2,500.00. Three awards in each category will be selected by a Keiser Mills Advisory Board Member.
