El grado de Maestría en Ciencias de Liderazgo en Educación de Keiser University (MSEd LS) ofrece a educadores experimentados la preparación para convertirse en líderes y administradores de instituciones educativas. El programa fomenta el aprendizaje independiente y prepara a los estudiantes para contribuir a través de su liderazgo y becas para la educación profesional. Los estudiantes completan una base de cursos en áreas tales como la diversidad, el diseño curricular, la ética, la toma de decisiones, y la tecnología instruccional antes de centrarse en todos los aspectos relacionados con las funciones administrativas. El grado de Maestría en Ciencias de Liderazgo en Educación de Keiser University (MSEd LS) prepara a los estudiantes a contribuir como líderes a la formación profesional. Tras finalizar el programa, los alumnos serán capaces de:

La Maestría en Ciencias de Liderazgo en Educación está diseñada para satisfacer las necesidades de los estudiantes con licenciaturas acreditadas. Los estudiantes pueden ser maestros con licencia, administradores de la educación o instructores que buscan posiciones en la administración. Los Departamentos de Educación de Estados certifican a directores de escuelas públicas a través de una solicitud y un proceso de pruebas. Para ser elegible y obtener una licencia de administrador escolar, la mayoría de los estados exigen que los solicitantes tengan al menos tres años de experiencia docente y títulos de postgrado.
Nota: Los cursos en el programa de Ciencias de Liderazgo en Educación son de ocho semanas de duración y los estudiantes pueden ser programados para uno o dos cursos simultáneamente. Los libros y artículos del programa son en inglés.
Para recibir el grado de Maestría en Ciencias de Liderazgo en Educación los estudiantes deben aprobar 36 horas de crédito semestrales de postgrado. En el último semestre del programa los estudiantes completan un proyecto de investigación para la acción relacionado con su área de interés. No se ofrecen cursos electivos en este programa. The BA for Business Administration at Keiser has to be one of the best in the nation. Keiser takes the basics that are taught at the Associates level and uses them to strengthen your skills and knowledge.
