Physician Assistant Program How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Keiser University’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant program located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In addition to a verified CASPA application, Keiser University requires all applicants begin and complete their online supplemental application by our deadline. We utilize a rolling admission process which means that completed files are reviewed, interviews are scheduled, and applicants are accepted on a continuous basis. A completed file includes all admission document requirements. An applicant’s completed file will receive only one full review. It is very likely that all available seats may be filled prior to our program deadline. Therefore, it is always best to apply as early as possible. An applicant’s file will only be reviewed once their verified CASPA application has been received AND their online supplemental application has been completed. Please pay special attention to the prerequisite coursework requirements. Keiser University has a ten-year expiration for all natural science prerequisite coursework. Applicants with quarter units should pay special attention to our credit requirements. Credit conversions MUST meet our requirements. To ensure applicants successfully complete this process, helpful instructions as well as a Credit Conversion Chart have been provided below. New applicants that have not done so already please click here to begin and complete your online supplemental application. (IMPORTANT: Please create your account using your first, middle and last name as they appear on your social security card). The application fee is $55.

If you are a re-applicant, current/former Keiser student, Keiser graduate or have previously applied to other Keiser program(s), you may already have an existing account. All applicants must visit the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) website to begin an application. Please click here. The initial application fee is $179.

Please be advised that all applicants will receive email correspondence from CastleBranch regarding the background check required as part of your CASPA application. The background check fee is $72.

If accepted, a $145 non-refundable Registration fee and/or a $1000 non-refundable Physician fee will be due upon request. Interviews are by invitation only. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview. Applicants granted an invitation to interview will be notified via phone and/or email by PA admission personnel.
