Dr. Steven Whitaker is an industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologist and industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology professor for the Graduate Psychology Department. Prior to teaching at Keiser University, Dr. Whitaker completed a two-year teaching assistantship, and as an industrial/organizational psychologist with significant education and experience, he is competent in teaching students to be critical thinkers about and how to apply I/O psychology to assess and improve individual, group, and organizational dynamics in work environments.
Within I/O psychology, Dr. Whitaker maintains expertise in consultation for various organizations in applying competency-based, multicultural, and ethical approach of I/O psychology in work environments through data-driven management objectives.
