Keiser University Sarasota is excited to announce our student housing partnership with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS). CHS is a national student housing provider that offers a range of shared apartments for our students, working directly with our students to determine the best options available to them. CHS offers full size apartments and with shared or private bedroom options. All shared housing apartments include furniture, utilities, and WiFi. Each student in the apartment is on their own individual lease and most housing options are within 5-10 miles from campus.

From Interstate 75 north or south, exit at University Parkway (# 213) and go east. Travel about 2/10 of a mile and turn right onto Lake Osprey Drive. Follow Lake Osprey Drive as it curves to the right (past the Holiday Inn) and Keiser University will be on your left.
